Our Process

Consultation

Before we get to the nitty-gritty of what your site will look and function like, we seek to know more about your business, business goals and what you’d like to this project to achieve. You’ll speak with project manager and agency partner, Ryan Hudson who will head up design and development on your project. We will talk in depth about your project objectives and discuss outcomes that will help your business flourish.

Research & Discovery

Once we understand what it is you want to achieve, we enter the research phase of your project. We put together a strategy and development plan that will see your goals fulfilled.

Production

This is the part where we go underground. Not literally… but with an action plan in place, we begin creating your website prototype that will give you a glimpse into how your site will look and feel. Once you’ve signed off on the prototype, we begin development of your custom, responsive website. We will keep you in the loop as we progress and give you access to a functioning, staging website where we will begin to finalise your content.

Growth & Support

Once your shiny new website has been launched, we can offer training on how to use your site and include 30 days of support. We will also setup Google Analytics and any lead capturing strategies previously discussed. If you choose to take advantage of our Website Care Plans, we can offer continued support, updates, content management, content backups and security. We can also help you with SEO and lead optimisation to help you see increased traffic, leads and sales.
