How much does a website cost?
There are a lot of variables at play when it comes to building a website. Our custom business websites begin around $8,500 + GST.
What website platforms do you support?
We exclusively use the WordPress content management system (CMS) due to its amazing flexibility and global support.
How long does it take to design and build a website?
Depending on the complexity of the project, we typically allow 10-12 weeks. We supply a personalised project schedule as a part of our onboarding process.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes. If you don’t already have one, we can assist you in setting this up.
Do I need my own web hosting?
We offer website hosting to help simplify the process and help with ongoing maintenance and updates. If you already have a hosting service, you’re welcome to use it as long as it is suitable for your needs.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Absolutely. We build all our websites with a ‘mobile-first’ approach. Your site will look great on all devices, optimised for mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Do you do e-commerce/online store websites?
We work with a number of tools that we recommend when it comes to selling online and can assist in simplifying the online shopping experience.
What is a Content Management System (CMS)?
A Content Management System is a web-based tool that makes updating your website simple, without any technical skills required. You can add and edit pages, images, products and blog entries simply by logging in through your web browser.
Do you provide WordPress training?
We provide all our clients with training to get you started on adding and updating content on your WordPress website.
Can you maintain our WordPress website for us?
Yes! We have a number of ongoing website care packages with various levels of support including hosting, software and security updates, backups, SEO, content management and training.
Can you help me with Email Marketing?
We believe there should always be cohesion between all of your marketing platforms. We can assist in setting up your email marketing platform, create on-brand templates as well as automations to help save you time and money.
What is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?
Search Engine Optimisation is all about maximising the number of visitors to your site by ensuring that your site appears high on the list of results returned by a search engine.
Many aspects go into achieving great SEO, but one of the most important is the quality and relevance of the copy (content) on your website.
How long will it take to get on the first page of Google?
This depends on a number of factors – your content, location and competitors for starters. We provide initial SEO configuration on all the websites we build, but it’s more than likely your website will require more than this to be competitive.

Do you write the content for my site?
We can! If this is something you require, we provide a separate copy-writing service to ensure your website copy clearly communicates what you need it to while focusing on specific keywords to optimise for search engine performance.
Can you design my logo?
Yes, we can! We also offer complete branding packages which set you up with business cards, letterheads, envelopes and anything else you need.
Do you offer graphic design services?
We do. We are experienced graphic designers and can offer all facets of design to ensure your brand is strong and consistent across all mediums.
We also have great connections with local printers and signwriters and can organise everything from concept through to supply and install.
